Paper Submission

Potential authors are invited to submit original technical research papers for the publication in Emerging Technologies in Computing and Communication ETCC 2026.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for the possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore digital library.

Non-presenting papers will not appear on the proceedings of the conference.

All papers should adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All conference submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font), including figures and tables.
  • Authors who submit manuscript are advised to adhere to the IEEE Conference paper template strictly. Failing to this may lead to rejection of the paper.
  • LaTeX is the preferred method to prepare your manuscript. Use the standard LaTeX IEEE conference template. Find the format in the download section below.
  • For Microsoft Word, use the most current version of the IEEE conference template, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc. Find the format in the download section below.
  • Paper should be submitted without authors names. Only camera-ready submission of the paper should include author names, affiliation and mail ids. Adhere to this rule strictly.
  • Authors who receive final acceptance after the paper revision can only register for the conference. The authors will also be expected to submit a final version of the manuscript that will be added to IEEE proceedings as per the conference template.
  • All the registered papers must be presented at the conference. If the paper is not presented in Conference, it will not be included in the conference proceedings.
  • Make sure that the camera-ready paper has been generated by the template provided (Contains IEEE copyright notice on the first page bottom left, and the conference name as the footer on the rest of the pages) and verified with the pdf express website (https://ieee-pdf-express.org). You should use conference ID xxxxx and register for the site with a username and password.
  • The completed IEEE electronic copyright form (ECF) needs to be transferred (as and when it is made available) as per IEEE requirements.
